Project Background

To support their expanding production of dry-mix mortar and heavy calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) powder, the customer required a reliable, dust-free, high-throughput bagging solution.

The requirement was automatically packed mineral powder into bags (20–50 kg) for distribution. Meanwhile, they wanted to reduce the labor cost with stable weight accuracy and efficient material handling.
