Project Background

This project is located in Egypt. The customer needed a complete crushing plant to prepare the raw materials for a grinding plant. The raw materials included marble, limestone, and calcite. All of then required stable crushing, screening, iron removal, and dust control before entering the milling system.

Main Equipment Configuration

  • Vibrating Feeder – This ensures even and controlled feeding to the primary crusher.
  • Jaw Crusher – It is the primary crushing of marble, limestone, and calcite blocks.

Processing Flow

  1. The vibrating feeder feeds materials to the jaw crusher by belt conveyor.
  2. Crushed materials enter the coarse grinding machine for further size reduction.
  3. The vibrating screen classifies materials. Oversized materials will be sent back to the crushing machine. And the qualified materials are sent to magnetic separator for removing iron contaminants.
  4. The pulse jet dust collector controls the dust before sending the processed materials to grinding plant.
