Project Background
In March 2024, PT. Modern Widya Technical cooperated with Daswell again for their second bridge construction project in Merauke, Papua.
For the first time, they bought a SLM4 self loading concrete mixer from Daswell in January 2023. Our self-loading mixer has greatly improved their efficiency. Thus, they chose Daswell again for this larger project.
This construction site is located in a remote area with rugged terrain and long-distance material transport issues. For this project, the customer needed higher concrete output than the first one.
It was not suitable for building a concrete batching plant. The plant has high transportation costs, installation time, and limited local infrastructure. Therefore, the customer needed a mobile, flexible, and cost-efficient concrete production solution. The machine should work directly on-site.

After our discussion, we provided a combination of:

The self-loading concrete mixer is all-in-one. It can transport, weigh, and mix. And the two self-loading mixers work alternately. They ensure a continuous and stable supply of fresh concrete on-site.
Concrete mixer with pump machine combines mixing and pumping functions in one machine. It can mix and pump concrete simultaneously. It means that this machine replaces both a separate concrete mixer and a trailer pump. With this machine, you can reduce equipment quantity and labor cost.
