Brief introduction

Micro powder roller mill is also known as ultra-fine powder grinding mill. It is a new type of powder processing equipment, mainly used for crushing and processing non-metallic minerals such as calcium carbonate, barite, talc, gypsum, calcite, limestone, calcium oxide, bentonite, dolomite and other non-metallic minerals with Mohs hardness less than 5 and water content less than 5%. Generally speaking, its feeding size is 0 to 10 mm and the discharging size is about 5 to 45 microns.

The micro powder grinder mill production line is generally composed of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hammer crusher, storage bin, main machine, cyclone dust collector, pulse dust collector, air blower and other parts.

Among them, the main machine is mainly composed of base, central shaft, turntable, grinding roller, grinding ring, lubrication device, classifier, belt drive, shock absorber, main motor and other parts.

How does a micro powder roller mill work?

After the large size of materials are crushed by the crusher to meet the feeding size of the micro powder grinding machine, they are sent to the storage bin by the elevator. Then it passes through the vibrating feeder and delivers the materials evenly to the main machine.

The material is scattered to the periphery by centrifugal force and falls into the grinding chamber, where it is rolled and ground by the grinding roller in the ring channel of the grinding ring. After repeated grinding by three or four layers of ring channels, the powder is finally formed.

Then, the unqualified coarse powder is returned to the grinding chamber for regrinding, and the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone dust collector with the airflow. The fine powder falls down and is discharged by the discharge valve at the bottom. That is the finished product.

There is a small part of the fine powder with the airflow into the dust collector, adhering to the surface of the filter bag. The dust adhering to it will fall due to the sudden shaking of the filter bag. The conveyor at the bottom sends out the fine dust collected in two places for packaging of finished products. The clean air after filtering is finally discharged at the muffler outlet.

1.High output. When crushing calcium carbonate, and if the fineness requirement is D97, 10 microns, the output can be more than 1 ton per hour.

2.Built-in classification system. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted at will between 5 and 45 microns.

3.Environmental protection and pollution-free. The dust collection efficiency of the whole set of equipment is as high as 99.9%, with stable operation and no dust leakage problem. In addition, the main machine and the fan are each installed with muffler room and silencer to reduce the production noise, which is in full compliance with environmental protection standards.

4.The control cabinet is installed with automatic control system to avoid the influence of human factors and to ensure the stability of product quality as well as to extend the service life of the equipment.
