Concrete mixer pump is being efficiently constructed in Indonesia

Introduction / Overview

For an infrastructure project in Indonesia, the client selected the Daswell concrete mixer pump as core construction equipment. The project required mixing and transporting large quantities of concrete under tight deadlines and complex construction conditions. Our concrete mixer pump, combining mixing and pumping capabilities, efficiently mixes concrete and precisely delivers it to the construction site, significantly improving construction efficiency. We not only provided the client with stable, easy-to-operate equipment, but also dispatched a technical team to provide on-site guidance, commissioning, and operational training, ensuring smooth local operation and ensuring the project’s high-quality, on-time completion.

Customer Requirements

This Indonesian client, from the construction industry, primarily undertakes road, bridge, and civil engineering projects. This project, a rural-urban road connection project, faced a tight deadline and demanding a large volume of concrete pouring work to be completed in a short period of time. The remote location of the project site, which made transporting raw materials difficult, and the complex terrain posed challenges in ensuring a continuous supply of concrete. Therefore, the client required efficient equipment capable of both on-site mixing and direct pumping to reduce the time lost in manual handling and coordinating multiple equipment. The project’s large scale and high daily concrete demand demanded stable performance under prolonged, high-load operation.

This customer learned about Daswell through online research and peer recommendations. After browsing our official website and reviewing several overseas project examples, they contacted our sales team. After several conversations and technical consultations, the customer gained a thorough understanding of the Daswell trailer-type mixer pump’s performance, applicability, and after-sales support.

The customer ultimately chose Daswell for three key reasons:

  1. Excellent equipment performance.
  2. Extensive overseas experience.
  3. Comprehensive after-sales and technical support.

Customer Feedback & Project Outcome

After the DMP50 mixer pump was put into operation, the customer gave high praise to Daswell’s equipment and service. The customer said: “The equipment operates stably, pumping is smooth, and there is almost no pipe blockage, which greatly improves construction efficiency.” Compared with the previous method of using a split mixer and a trailer pump, the DMP50 combines mixing and pumping into one, which increases the concrete delivery speed by about 30% and shortens the construction period by nearly 20%. At the same time, due to the reduction of multiple equipment and additional operators, labor costs decreased by nearly 25%, and the overall input-output ratio was significantly improved, bringing higher profit margins to the project. The customer said that he would continue to cooperate with Daswell in the future and recommend our equipment to his peers.
