How to operate a wheel loader correctly?
- Before starting the machine, read the operating instructions carefully. Each loader has its own rated loading weight. Do not let the weight of the material shoveled by the machine exceed the specified loading weight to prevent the machine from overturning;
- Do not slam the accelerator as soon as the wheel loader machine is started. When the engine is just started, the temperature of the fuselage is low. If the throttle is suddenly increased, the engine speed will increase instantaneously, which will cause a burden on the engine and affect its service life;
- It is forbidden to directly replenish the coolant during operation. When working, the diesel engine is in a high temperature state. In this state, directly supplementing the coolant will cause an excessive temperature difference in the entire cooling system, resulting in the rupture of the cylinder block.
- Do not load materials during gear shifting. Some operators will drive to the material pile in the high-speed state of shifting gears, and then shovel the material after the natural deceleration. This behavior will severely impact the whole machine. Uneven force on each part may cause cracks or even deformation in the bucket, boom, frame and other parts of the machine.
