This separated anchor drilling rig has strong drilling capacity and high drilling efficiency.
The output shaft of the drill power head is equipped with an expansion mechanism to effectively protect the drilling tool. Power head and orifice plate turn direction, can directly drill the elevation hole, greatly increasing the drilling Angle range.
The front of the rig frame is equipped with the upper and lower adjustment columns and haff, which can adjust the height of the mast, and the hole position is fast and convenient during construction.
The hole plate of the drill is open and closed, which can be quickly moved and passed through the large diameter submersible hole impactor or following pipe drilling tool.
The rig structure is split type, good disassembly, convenient relocation and installation, and can be operated to complete porous construction; the operation staff has a good working environment and low labor intensity.
The drill hydraulic motor, pump, and fast joint adopt internationally famous brand products, and other main components select domestic famous products, which makes the whole machine perform stably, reliably, and long life. And it has high standardization and serialization, and good interchangeability.
The drilling rig is fully hydraulic-driven and can realize stepless speed regulation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and fewer vulnerable parts.
The drilling rig can be applicable to a variety of drilling process methods, such as alloy rotary drilling, spiral drilling, submersible hole hammer drilling, heel pipe drilling and so on.
